I’m a passionate, curious, and adaptable learning experience strategist and designer with over 18 years of experience helping organizations solve performance challenges, increase engagement, build capacity, develop talent, and adapt to change.
I do so by employing a human-centered approach to my work. Put simply, I remain laser focused on the learner and their needs. I optimize each experience for learning and behavior change by applying adult learning theory and learning design principles.
I specialize in human-centered learning experience design, virtual and blended experiences, training facilitation, elearning design, curriculum, onboarding, learning content design and development, and capacity building for learning teams.
My experience spans an array of disciplines including interactive solution design, content development, and facilitation. I’ve designed learning for every modality—from instructor-led to blended experience—for businesses dof various sizes in a broad range of industries. I tap into my talents for writing, graphic design, and multimedia production to produce all sorts of content and media including elearning, scenarios, videos and graphics. I’ve also facilitated my fair share of training. In fact, I was an early adopter of virtual instructor-led training (c. 2006) and have facilitated everything from security officer training to more technical systems training. Beyond training, I also facilitate workshops with clients for learner and needs analysis.
